Job Objective :

 

负责公司自动化设备电气的设计，指导安装调试，生产设备电气优化及改善工作

Responsible for the electrical design of the company's automation equipment, guide the installation and debugging, production equipment electrical optimization and improvement

 

Responsibilities：

1.  负责编写电气设计方案，并监督方案的实施情况;

Responsible for the preparation of electrical design scheme and supervise the implementation of the scheme

2.  参与编制电气施工所需主要设备、材料采购计划

 Participate in making major equipment and material purchase plan for electrical construction

3. 完善部门内的工作流程及电气的相关标准

Improve the working process and electrical standards in the department

4. 依据工程部门项目开发及电气技术开发方案，进行控制程序编写

 According to project development and electrical technology development plan of engineering department, write control program

5. 依据项目计划进行现场电气程序调试及完善，确保承接项目进度目标达成

  Conduct on-site electrical program debugging and improvement according to the project plan to ensure the project progress target is achieved

6. 依据工程部门提供的工艺方案、平面布局图，编制、输出电气设计方案，指导电气图纸

 Prepare and output electrical design plan and guide electrical drawings according to process plan and plane layout drawing provided by engineering department

7. 负责电气PLC程序.人机界面.的程序编写

Responsible for the electrical PLC program. Man-machine interface. Programming

8. 负责设备机器人的程序编写和操作指导

Responsible for programming and operation instruction of equipment robot

9．协助设备维修技术员电气故障处理。

Assist equipment maintenance technician to deal with electrical faults

Qualification Requirements任职资格 

1. 熟悉电气设计流程，具备电气方案设计及元器件选型能力 Familiar with electrical design process, have electrical design and component selection ability 

2. 熟悉图纸设计规范，能够使用EPLAN等绘图软件进行项目电气图纸的设计

 Familiar with drawing design specifications, able to design electrical drawings of projects using drawing software such as EPLAN 

3. 掌握编程软件的应用，能够开发标准程序框架及模板； 

Master the application of programming software, be able to develop standard program framework and template; 

4.  具备电气问题的分析及解决能力，能够对现场电气调试进行技术指导与支持。

Have the ability to analyze and solve electrical problems. Be able to provide technical guidance and support for field electrical debugging. 

5. 英语水平四级以上，  

 CET4 above
