Summary:

To support and make an impact in all areas of marketing and business management for the product line, including products, key markets, applications, customers, and revenue. 对产品线的市场和商务管理的各个方面，例如产品，核心市场，应用，客户和营收等提供支持和发挥重要作用。

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide professional support to PLC in terms of new product development and product portfolio management, help to make go to market plan for products assigned. 协助PLC进行新产品开发以及产品组合管理，同时帮助制定产品推广计划。

2. New Product Launches for assigned product families, track new products to ensure a timely and successful launch负责新产品发布，跟进新产品状态，确保及时成功地发布

3. Support Worldwide Field Inquiries and act as Factory Liaison, like quoting, customer requirements… 作为原厂联络人, 对全球各区域提供支持, 如报价， 处理客户需求等

4. Create new part number, pricing curves, presentations/guidelines, do market analysis 创建新产品，负责新产品定价, 准备产品的推广资料，做市场分析

5. Work with related departments to solve customer issues/inquiries, like sample schedule, release schedule, shortage issue etc. 与相关部门紧密合作，解决客户关于样品状态，量产计划，发货等问题的疑问。

6.Work closely with team on project schedule management, including datasheet revision schedule control, fab transfer activity management etc. PME will need to remind every team about content delivery deadline.与团队紧密合作做好项目进度管理,包括但不限于产品数据表版本的进度管控, 晶圆转厂项目跟进等。

7.Update Price Book/Product Selector Guide and help with updating sales collateral and information for the web page更新产品价格和选型手册, 以及协助相关部门更新公司官网

8.Other tasks that assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

1 Bachelor Degree Majoring in Electrical Engineering, one year or above related working experience is preferred.本科学历，电子工程相关专业，一年及以上相关工作经验优先

2 Sound technical background/understanding 有良好的工程技术背景

3 Proficient in Microsoft office- PPT, Excel, Word, et 擅长办公软件

4 Good English-reading/writing/speaking 良好的英语听说读写能力

5 Good communications skills and good presentation skills. 良好的沟通交流及演讲能力

6 Good Teamwork ability, care and patience. 良好的团队协作能力，做事细心并且耐心。
