职责描述：

Accept audit assignment in GLASS (IATF) system, and report the audit result in GLASS system.

在IATF系统中接受审核任务，并在系统中报告审核结果

Planning, preparing, performing & documenting management system audits (Audit process and audit files meet IATF rules and DCG requirements.)

策划、准备、执行和记录管理体系审核(按照IATF规则和DCG要求审核流程和审核文件)

Co-ordinating audit dates and schedule with customer

与客户协调审核计划表

Documents review including preparation of report (for certification and recertification audits)

审核文件，准备报告。

Managing audit at audit location

管理审核当地的相关事宜

Preparing records of strong points, weak points (minor non-conformities/major nonconformities), recommendations and defining the required objective evidence

筹备相关记录(不符合项/重大不符合项)、建议，并定义所需的客观证据

Clarifying certificate model (certificate contents, structure)

清楚证书模板（证书内容和结构）

Preparation of reports准备报告

Research and development of audit skill, audit methods.研发审核技能和审核方法

Act as trainer of IATF16949 related training course.开展相关培训

Conduct staff training，实施相关培训

任职要求：

At least Bachelor’s degree in science, technology or engineering, Master’s degree is better

科学、技术或工程专业本科以上学历，硕士学位优先

Evidence of training as an IATF16949 auditor (with valid IATF16949 auditor certificate)

具备IATF16949审核证书优先（IATF16949第三方审核员证书，用于外审并非内审员证书）

More than 6 years‘ professional experience in technology or engineering of automotive industry (including supply chain)

6年以上汽车行业(包括供应链)技术或工程经验

Has the experience in QM, or R&D /production /testing /inspection /certification.

有质量管理或研发/生产/测试/检验/认证经验

Thorough, efficient, decisive and independent working style. Ethical, open-minded, diplomatic, observant and perceptive;

工作作风严谨、高效、果断、独立。道德，开放，外交，观察力和洞察力;

Fluent oral communication & written skill in English;

流利的英语口语和书写能力;

Willing to travel frequently;

愿意频繁出差。出差区域以东北/华北为主
