Primary Responsibilities:

Set up, QA, proof and deploy all digital marketing campaigns for the brand (FB, INS, EMAIL, HOUZZ, Pinterest) through internal efforts and coordination with our external marketing partners

Manage contetn editorial calendar, liaise with other branding planning calendars

Work with copy writter to write engaging marketing content and copy that accurately reflects the brand voices and stimulates the desired customer response

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

Maintain channel performance reporting and analysis

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Attend relevant meetings to understand business needs

Execute audience segmentation

Requirements:

BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field

1-2 years of experience in executing digital marketing campaigns, including internships

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

Experience with A/B and multivariate experiment in retial marketing and meassurement

interests in latest trends and best practices in home decor is preferred
