1. Following local guidance, support to create and optimize local process & policy related to Supply Chain business.根据领导指引，创建并不断优化与供应链业务相关的流程/制度；

2. As per program baseline & target, keep tight interaction with internal functions, provide cross-functional teams with accurate data, analysis and reports through different phases. 按照项目基线和目标，与公司内部各团队保持紧密互动，为跨部门团队提供各种数据、分析及报告；

3. Totally and precisely understand detailed technical requirements of different commodities or services. 完全并精准理解采购项次的技术要求；

4. Provide SCM specialist with supportive input at the stage of supplier identification, jointly define short-list of potential suppliers. 在供应商识别的初期为供应链专员提供输入，共同过滤不合适的供应商；

5. Travel to suppliers’ site for documents validation & shop process qualification, provide assessing report according to existing company policies and processes. 根据业务需要，按照公司现有流程制度文件，前往供应商现场进行文件及现场过程审核；并提供审核报告；

6. Collect internal data of NCRs on inspection of incomings, liaise with SCM specialist, jointly work with suppliers for root cause analysis and solutions. 收集整理公司来料检验的质量报告，配合供应链专员，与供应商一起进行根本原因分析并做出解决方案；

7. Liaise with SCM specialist, carry out periodical assessing on key suppliers. Push and verify key suppliers’ preventive, improvable and corrective plans. 配合供应链专员，定期对重要供应商进行审核；推动并验证重要供应商的预防性、改进性和纠正性方案；

8. Support to identify and conquer potential risks related to any supplier. 供应商风险的提前辨识及应对；

9. Temporary focus: procurement on equipment/tools/facilities/services, domestic and overseas.短期内的工作重心：国内外设备/工装/设施/服务的采购工作；

任职条件：

1. Bachelor’s degree, majored in science such as engineering, mechanical, materials (composite, metal, etc.) related field. 本科或同等以上学历；理工类工程设计、机械设计、材料（复材、金属）等专业。

2. +3 years’ experience for supplier identification and developing, in aerospace, mechanical, automotive fields; MNC or JV factory experience is a must. 3年以上供应商识别及开发工作经验，航空航天/机械制造/汽车等行业，必须具备外资或合资工厂工作经验。

3. Familiar with AS9100, ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949. Skilled in onsite auditing suppliers’ documents/records & QMS execution, risk evaluation. 熟悉下列管理体系：AS9100, ISO9001, IATF16949；善于在供应商现场按照上述体系要求进行文件/记录及体系执行情况的审核，风险评估；

4. Good at FAI and quality control at serial manufacturing stage. Abundant and practical tools & measures to stabilize and enhance products’ quality and lead-time of suppliers (DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, Flowchart, MSA, SPC, CMK and 8D, etc.). 熟悉首件认证及量产阶段的产品质量控制；有丰富的质量工具/手法及策略以稳定和改善供应商的产品质量、交期；

5. Commodity knowledge and know-how on processing of metal & composite, equipment, facility, machining, welding, polishing, fabricating, assembling, etc. 有金属加工、复材加工及组装、设备设施等物资的中等知识储备；知晓机加工、焊接、打磨等工序，制造及组装等常识；

6. Business travel required; open with global vision, structural thinking, high sense of responsibility.需要出差；心胸开阔，结构性思维，责任感强。

7. English as working language; Skills on Office suits (mail, word, excel, ppt, teams, etc.), CAD or UG and other popular software. Ability to create data analysis. 英语为工作语言；熟练使用Office套装(如邮箱、word、excel、ppt、teams等)，CAD，UG及常见办公软件，具备数据分析能力；

8. Based in Hangzhou.工作地在杭州。
