Position: Sr. Operations Manager

Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:

- Assist business planning & strategy development to support sales, supply products & services and achieve long-term profitability, in all sales channels.

- Lead sales supporting teams of supply chain, order fulfillment and customer services etc.

? Lead import and export, warehousing and domestic logistics to maximize supply chain reliability, timeliness and efficiency;

? Oversee order fulfillment team to review, record and fulfill sales order according to policies and procedures;

? Lead customer service team to optimize service network, improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

- Partner with Sales, Ecommerce, Marketing, Finance, HR and IT to plan, implement and control operational policies to ensure timely, productive and cost-effective operations.

- Work with international counterparts to ensure operational process and best practices are continuously implemented.

- Develop and coach direct reports to set targets, manage staff performance and continuously improve skills.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree above, with 15+ years' operations experience in international sales organization.

- Proved records to lead teams of supply chain, order fulfillment and customer services etc.

- Be results-driven and analytical-minded, to drive continuous improvement.

- Knowledge of business law and compliance is a plus.

- Strong people and change management skills.

- Excellent ERP and CRM knowledge.

- Fluent written and spoken English.
