Aim- sales of oil and fats products in China

experience with imported packaged food products and products from the Oils and Grains category

Responsibilities:

? Negotiations with the key company clients in order to obtain the most favorable commercial conditions;

? Providing entry and organization of work with top grocery chains;

? Monitoring the fulfillment of agreed obligations by clients

? Work with network offices to ensure the fulfillment of the sales plan, KPIs, quantitative and qualitative distribution

? Control of pricing policy

? Analysis of achieved results, reporting

Requirements:

? Confirmed presence of connections at the governmental level (administrative units -provinces, cities of central subordination), regional and federal departments

? Proven experience of interacting with top officials of government agencies

? Experience in interacting with procurement decision makers

? Experience working with key experts and key opinion leaders

? Knowledge of the FMCG market, specifics of working with networks, the practice of contractual work

? Consistency, initiative, flexibility of thinking, analytical skills, positive thinking and willingness to take responsibility for their decisions and actions

? Ability to persuade, efficiency, structural thinking

? experience with imported packaged food products and products from the Oils and Grains category

? Extensive experience in marketing and sales`s channel development. Preference with a developed base of contacts in channels, distributors

? CET 6 or above, fluent in oral and written English
