1、根据年度开发计划进行单克隆和多克隆抗体的开发；

2、负责项目的具体实施及实施过程中的联系，协调，跟进等工作，确保项目按期完工；

3、根据检测方案应用Western Blot、IP等方法对抗体进行检测；

4、纯化方案设计，包括纯化方法的开发，优化，验证和过程测试；

5、研究纯化工艺，改进纯化技术，提高成功率和抗体得率。

任职要求:

1、生物学等相关专业硕士学历；

2、掌握抗体开发流程及WB、ChIP、QC、ELISA等抗体检测方法及数据处理分析（检测岗）；

 3、熟练掌握单抗开发从免疫至腹水生产整个流程（细胞岗）；

4、熟练操作AKTA等设备以及Dot blot、SDS-PAGE等蛋白分析方法；（纯化岗）；

5、积极主动，热爱学习，热爱实验，追求完美，具有团队合作精神，易于沟通和交流。
