职位描述
岗位职责:
处理客户订单并跟进生产，出货，及时反馈相关信息给客户，确保货物到达时间满足客户需求，提高订单按时交付率。
接收所有客户的订单，录入系统，安排生产或外购,并沟通交货期；
安排发货计划，并跟进到货，异地港口货物的跟进，相关单据的处理；
每月底负责与寄售客户核对当月耗用量及库存量，确保数据一致性；
样品安排：跟进销售人员提交的样品申请，经审批后安排生产，发运，并跟踪到货；
退换货安排：负责跟进销售人员提交的退换货申请，经审批后执行，并与客户确认退换货数量，确保数据一致；
文件归档：负责部门文件（销售订单，送货单，报价单，退货单等等）整理归档。
岗位要求：
有良好的沟通协调能力，能准确地传递信息；
熟练使用Office 办公软件；
工作认真仔细，积极主动，按时完成各项工作；
具备团队合作意识，乐于助人，主动与他人分享经验。
