1.  抗体和抗体-药物偶联物（ADC ）的体外筛选；

2.  抗体或ADC 药物在细胞水平上的功能评价和研究；

3.   探索、开发和建立基于细胞的实验方法，撰写标准操作程序（SOP） 和实验报告；

4.   分析、整理相关技术资料，完整保存实验记录和实验材料。

岗位要求：

1.  具备生物学相关专业本科或以上学历；

2.  具有至少1年抗体或细胞生物学研究经验，有细胞水平上生物药功能评价经验者优先；

3.  有较强的分析和解决问题的能力，自我驱动力强；

4.  有良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力；

5.  有较强的中文技术资料写作能力，以及外文文献阅读能力。
