PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    

This position is responsible for the daily work of CTC finished goods receipt, transfer, storage management, delivery, return and inventory, do goods receive and PGI in time in SAP and ensure the consistent in actual material and SAP system.

  

该岗位主要负责CTC成品的入库、移库、出库、退货、库存盘点等日常工作，在SAP系统中及时做好收、发货工作，确保实际物料与SAP系统一致。

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责

Provide leadership in safe working practices, promoting safety awareness and performance for self and others in all areas of responsibility to achieve full compliance with site and company standards and guidelines.

Directing Operations

  

• Keep strong EHS sense and follow YH plant EHS policy.

  高度的环境，健康和安全意识， 严格遵守OC余杭工厂的EHS制度

• Create PR according to supply chain PP monthly forecast, updated PR by schedule change.

  按照供应链预测的月度计划创建PR，包括无纺布、卷布、套材、卷布二次裁切等，并定期按照排产计划更新做PR的及时更新

• Complete the raw material transfer in SAP according to CTC’s demand.

  按照CTC现场的原料需求量，完成SAP转库操作

• Finishing goods receipt in SAP from CTC based on PO and CTC FG daily reports.

  根据PO及CTC仓库每日报表对CTC成品在SAP系统入库

• Create DO based on STO from CZTF in SAP.

  根据常州工厂的STO转为DO

• Pick up and post for FG delivery based on DO in SAP.

  根据DO在SAP系统拣货、过账进行成品的发货

• Coordinate and finish the waste materials disposal from CTC.

  协调并完成CTC产生的废料的处理，包括废丝、废布和废标签等废料

• Finish monthly, quarterly and annual inventory of raw materials, finished goods in warehouse and MBLB inventory.

  完成仓库原料、成品及代加工库位物料的月度、季度和年度盘点工作

• Complete warehouse monthly closing.

  完成每月的物流月结

• Other job tasks assigned by leaders for business needs.

  其它因业务需要领导安排的工作任务

                                        

 

    

JOB REQUIREMENTS

    

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  

• Understand the company's culture correctly and keep consistent with the company's values.

EXPERIENCE:

  

• Over 2 years of working experiences.

  2年以上工作经验

    

• Have certain experience in warehouse operation.

  有一定的仓库工作经验

    

• Familiar with SAP system operation process.
