• Design cost effective motors for use with linear actuators and pillars 
• Design and innovate motors
• Calculation and specification of electrical and magnetic properties of motors 
• Execute motor detailed mechanical design 
• Support and review supplier motor design 
• Creation of manufacturing documentation such as drawings and specifications for motors and motor components.
• Analysis of competitor products 
• Design motor sensors and support the design of motor controls
• Support PD teams globally on technical topics related to motors and coordinate with motor suppliers Coordinate motor supplier selection 
• Motor verification & certification plan and implemented 
• Support motor manufacturing setup 
• Create a test field and execute motor tests to improve and validate the design 
• Work with the team on none motor related engineering topics         

职位要求：

•  Skills of Creo
•  Engineering level at motor theory & experience, for AC induction and Permanent Magnet AC motors （在伺服电机和无刷电机具丰富的理论知识和实际经验） 
•  Fluent in English & Chinese (流利中英文听说读写)

• Bachelor or above degree with major in motor or related (电机专业)
• Agile Product development techniques, e.g. SCRUM
