1 - System maintaince as Admin.

-- Maintain Apex system independely as owner, access grant, setting-up etc. 

-- Take owership on monthly closing, deliver result clearly and on time 

-- Maintain project code information clearly, coding rules, locations, involved CI teams, open, close etc. 

-- Drive upgrade/fine-tune Apex, in order to meet requirement from analysis, benchmark, finance etc.

 -- Work closely with HUB IT

2 - Data analysis

-- Maintain project master data for both prospect and execution projects 

-- Maintain project mapping for cost consolidation 

-- Deliver PMT cost monthly to execution team 

-- Deliver manhours report monthly to development team and regular review with CI lead 

-- Collect information and deliver monthly report on time and clearly 

-- SA tracking and consolidation

3 - Reporting

-- Apply new tools for reporting, PBI etc. 

-- Reporting/template design as required 

-- Cost report maintain and review 

-- Reporting tracking and review with finance

-- Others assigned by manager
