KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

? Deliver a world class guest experience 

? Enhance turnover and meet sales goals set by Retail Director 

? Manage inventory control including deliveries, returns, replenishment, and reorders directly with designers featured in boutique 

? Interact actively with brands (new collection info, marketing tools, training) 

? Oversee visual merchandise and in store animation 

? Manage 4 person team and provide training 

? Put in place any process needed to optimize the operation 

? Oversee & guide the customer relationship management process 

 DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 

 ? 3+ years experience managing teams in a retail boutique 

 ? Proven organizational capability 

 ? Experienced in fashion and luxury retail sales 

 ? Purchasing retail experience is a plus 

 ? Ability to execute in a precise and timely manner 

 ? Adaptable to fast-paced and dynamic environments 

 ? Mandarin and English

岗位职责：

1、全面负责管理店铺的日常运作、销售业绩、人员管理、货品维护和陈列等；

2、通过与店员良好的合作，为每一位顾客提供优质的品牌体验；

3、负责售后服务工作，及时与顾客沟通；

4、积极主动了解和反馈市场信息；

5、主动了解并发现店铺、周边商场环境等问题及时向上一级沟通汇报。

任职要求：

1、形象气质佳，热爱服装零售行业，有2年以上品牌一线管理团队经验优先；

2、大专及以上学历；

3、具有良好的服务及团队协助意识，具备领导能力、亲和力及观察力；

4、沟通和聆听能力强，品德忠诚正直，乐于接受新事物；

5、有良好的团队合作精神及独立性，有敬业精神。
