杭州招聘

1.根据公司招聘计划及人员需求，开展招聘工作；

2.正确选择招聘渠道，撰写发布招聘信息，高效筛选简历/面试/录用/入职跟踪等招聘工作；

3..管理、维护现有的招聘渠道，开发新的招聘渠道，维护人才储备库；

4.对招聘工作进行相关统计、汇总与分析；

5.上级领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格：

1. 本科及以上学历，专业不限；

2. 1-3年人力资源招聘相关工作经验，有猎头或者广告行业招聘经验或相关行业经验者优先；

3. 工作积极主动，具有良好的沟通能力和表达能力，抗压能力强；

4. 有上进心，善于学习新的知识，并能主动思考和解决问题。
