职位描述

Key responsibilities

- Assist CRM loyalty program management in both HK & ML market, design and implement customer journey communication

- Plan, develop and implement omni CRM campaign and engagement campaign/project to increase conversion and maintain high value member

- Assist SCRM system management and daily operation, coach and monitor KPI by door & SA.

- Develop/support digital-client innovation, improve customer experience, optimize the adaptation SCRM (wechat work e-clienteling and CRM Mini Program).

- Responsible for database maintenance, support to track the CRM/SCRM KPI, responsible for monthly report

- Work closely across teams to roll out CRM project and support to internal and external coordination

Requirements

- Passion for loyalty and customer management, prefer good experience with CRM tools

- Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and outlook

- Logical mind set, detail-oriented & good communication skill

- Fluent in English, both in written and spoken

- 2+ years of experience in CRM or data analytics is preferred

- Full-time
