Responsibilities:

    

1.     Digital IC Chip/Block level design for all frontend phase.

    

2.     Digital circuit architecture define,design,and verification.

    

3.     Digital circuit Design and Verification flow:Lint/VCS/Verdi/Synthesis/STA/Formal Check.

    

4.     SoC level verifications and FPGA emulation and verifications.

    

5.     Low power and DFT/BIST design integration.

    

6.     New process technology design flows evaluation.

    

7.     Chip back functions verification, performances measurement/correlation, and mass production supports.

    

8.     Perform other tasks assigned by superior.

    

    

Requirements:

    

1.     More than 3 years of work experience in digital circuit design;

    

2.     Bachelor or above degree in Microelectronic or Electronic and Information Engineering;

    

3.     Good verbal and written English communication skill;

    

4.     Proficiency in digital circuit,logic,HDL(Verilog and SystemVerilog and VHDL) design,and frontend signoff.

    

5.     Proficiency in design verification skills and methodologies(UVM/OVM/VMM,SV/SVA,etc.).

    

6.     Proficiency in EDA tools about synthesis,simulation,STA and formal verification.

    

7.     SoC level design and verification experiences.

    

8.     Good with FPGA emulation and verification experiences.

    

9.     Familiar with I2C/SPI/UART/ARM cores IPs and relative AMBA bus specs.

    

10.  Experience of digital and analog mix-design is a plus.

    

11.  Self-motivated and good team work.
