职位描述

· Visit customer with sales team, to communicate with customer requirement for training or management improvement.

· Develop the proposal or program for the training based on the request from client or from sales team.

· Develop the training course as customer request;

· Study and follow up the new knowledge, new technology or best practice in technical management and quality management, and transfer to concept and product for assurance service.

· Develop the training course as business develop plan of assurance service, including the training course of public training course, and customer specific training course.

· Perform the public training or in-house training or coaching as project plan.

· Perform the independent assessment & gap analysis as customer request, and develop the gap analysis report, as well as the proposal for management improvement or innovation.

· Performing onsite coaching and training, support customer to find a solution for optimizing the process and improve effectiveness and efficiency.

· Responsible for project management of assurance service.

Responsible for summary of management improvement project or training.

Qualifications 任职资格

· At least 8 years work experience in automotive industry (suppliers or OEMs), with responsibility in design & development, or manufacturing technical, or quality management, supplier management

· At least Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree is better.

· Good Experience and competence in APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA and SPC, can perform training for these core quality tools

· Good Experience and competence for ISO/TS16949 and IATF16949 management system, can perform training regarding to IATF16949 standard

· Familiar with customer specific requirements in Automotive industry.

· Familiar with the training business, with competence to develop the training course based on customer request

· Good English communication, at least for Email.

· Integrity, team spirit, customer orientation, entrepreneurship, responsibility for safety

· Volkswagen, Daimler and other German car customer background is must
