职位描述
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take the lead on the recruitment team and provide leadership and direction to the day-to-day work of school recruitment;
- Identify the recruitment source & strategy;
- Creates and oversees annual recruitment budget; manage recruiting expenses & compile relevant reports;
- Work out the recruitment plan upon the approved budget;
- Proactive to identify suitable candidates and expand recruitment channels to meet the hiring needs;
- Maintain the recruitment channels on daily basis;
- In charge of academic and non-academic hiring for the positions approved, and responsible for recruitment & employment process according safer recruitment policy;
- Manage the Interview process and offer administration;
- Support the Universities and Colleges affairs;
- Support in ensuring the recruitment activities meet the budgets, and targeted goals are identified and monitored;
- Ensure safer recruitment in entire process;
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements, coordinate the expat work permit application;
- Support pre-on boarding communication with expat staffs, including but not limited to work permit, visa, flights, accommodations;
- Involve daily HR operations and management, included but not limited personnel issues;
- Liaise with HR Manager, Bursar and Headmaster and the wider team in an effective and efficient manner, keeping them abreast of on-going issues, work priorities and progress;
- Other duties as assigned by HR Manager;
- Actively participate in any related training held by the setting.
Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Human Resources management or related subject
3. Fluent written and spoken English
4. 3 - 5 years recruitment experience; ideally in a context that includes international staff
5. Experience of project management is required
6. Experience of working in consulting, headhunting or similar background preferred
7. Knowledge of varied recruiting sources, channels & strategies
8. A minimum of three years’ post qualification experience
9. Fluency in English and Chinese
10. Strong ability in project management
11. Commitment to democratic governance and collaborative, data-based decision-making
12. Rigorous approach to problem-solving
13. Ability to deliver excellent service at all times
14. The ability to priorities workload and meet deadlines
15. Excellent communication skills with a diverse range of people and interpersonal skills
16. Technology user skills sufficient to prepare reports in Excel and Word, and aptitude to operate appropriate databases
17. Ability to multi-task and priorities
18. Ability to work to tight timelines
19. Able to work long hours and occasional weekends for events
