1.  根据客户需求和生产计划运行物料需求计划，下单并及时跟踪订单交货期；

Run the material requirement plan according to customer requirement and production plan. Release PO to suppliers and push suppliers to feedback delivery schedule on time.

2. 跟踪物料订单的交货状况，确保按时按量交货。如果有潜在的风险，需及时告知主管；

Follow up the open PO, ensure the on time delivery in full quantity. Highlight the potential shortage.

3. 根据客户需求跟催/推迟/取消订单，避免呆滞库存产生；

Pull in/Push out/Cancel PO according customer requirement, avoid slow moving inventory.

4. 每月计算供应商准时交货率；

Monthly calculate supplier OTD;

5. 严格控制物料的库存，确保物料的库存控制在要求的范围内。

Strictly control the material inventory at required level.

6. 分析呆滞库存，并采取适当的措施处置这些库存。

Analysis slow moving inventory, update/follow action plan;

 

职位要求：

1.本科以上，物流、数学、统计、工程等相关专业

Bachelor's degree in logistics，Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related field.

2.熟练使用EXCEL 和PPT， 熟悉SAP更佳

Proficiency in MS office, especially in EXCEL and POWERPOINT,Familiar with SAP is better

3.至少2年以上物料计划相关的工作

At least 2 years experience of material planning experience

4.良好的英语能力
