一、工作职责：

1.1 Lead and administrate the Materials Organization within a Clothing plus Operation;

在克鲁森运营中领导和管理物料组织；

1.1.1 Develop and staff the Materials organization to meet the goals and objectives of the department;

发展和支撑物料组织以达到部门目的和目标;

1.1.2 Own a process to continually and systematically review materials managment metrics and reports to ensure the department is focused on the right activities yielding optimal results;

拥有一个持续和系统地审查物料管理指标和报告的过程，以确保部门注于能产生最优结果的正确活动；

1.1.3 Communicate objectives, goals and mission of the department to the staff;

向员工传达部门的目标、目标和任务；

1.1.4 Operate a Clothingplus Materials training and development program that is tied into performance reviews；

操作克鲁森物料培训和发展项目以连接绩效评估；

1.1.5 Ensure that managers and supervisors or leaders give employee timely feedback performance reviews. Ensure compensation and job status changes correlate to performance；

1.1.6 Maintain an open, non-political culture that encourages employees to focus on maximizing the performance of the company and customer services；

Enforce the Corporate “Rules of the Road” Commandments and Cultural Creeds Corporate and Operation quality & environment requirement’s policies and procedures；

Ensure that Materials Systems are developed and implemented to meet the Operation’s quality &environment requirements；

1.2 Support the Operation’s business development efforts with current and potential customers;

1.3 Support the development and implementation of Supply Chain strategies and systems;

1.4 Ensure that Materials Department supports the Operation in meeting customer requirements. Manage customers demand. Ensure that materials supply equal demand. Optimize overall costs of materials. Control materials from suppliers to the Operation & customer as well as between other Jabil Operations;

确保物料部支持符合客户要求的操作,管理客户需求，确保物料供给等于需求。优化物料的总成本， 控制从供应商到运营和客户的物料就和其他捷普间操作一样；

1.4.1 Ensure an extremely disciplined approach to customer demand planning, MPS process, materials planning, and production planning；

确保对客户需求计划、MPS过程、物料计划和生产计划进行严格的管理；

1.4.2 Monitor and drive down overall cost of materials including materials costs,MRO cost ,administration expenses etc. Ensure that MPV is optimized；

监控和降低原材料总成本，包括材料成本，MRO成本，管理费用等。确保MPV的优化；

1.4.3 Eliminate Jabil and customers’ material liability .Ensure that all MPS are loaded only with a sufficient contractually coverage by customers. Ensure that all materials in stock and on order are pegged to customer authorized purchases and that purchase orders are placed with terms and conditions that are negotiated and agreed to by Jabil Commodity groups；

消除捷普和客户的物料责任。确保所有的MPS负载是有足够的客户合同。确保所有库存物资和订单都与客户授权的采购挂钩。购买订单的条款和条件都是由Jabil商品集团协商达成的；

1.4.4 Ensure that the Operation’s supply base contributes to the success of the Operation and that suppliers are selected based on overall cost effectiveness and their ability to meet Jabil’s requirements. Monitor ,track, and provide feedback on suppliers’ performance on overall cost, delivery, and quality；

确保操作的供应基础有助于操作的成功。这些供应商是根据总体的成本效益和满足Jabil需求的能力而选择的 对供应商的整体成本、交货和质量的表现进行监控、跟踪和反馈；

1.4.5 Ensure timely and accurate material movements through all inventory areas (receiving, stockroom, floor and shipping) at the lowest total possible cost；

1.4.6 Ensure all material transactions within Jabil and with customers and suppliers are optimized and accurate；

1.5 Assure smooth and continuous materials supply for Jabil's Clothing operations;

确保在克鲁森运营上顺利持续的物料供给；

1.6 Ensure cost effective materials sourcing, purchasing and planning to enhance Jabil's profitability and it’s competiveness in the market;

确保有效成本的物料源、采购和计划，以提高捷普的盈利能力，并在市场上具有竞争力；

1.7 Ensure proper capacity planning to maximize customer's satisfaction and our resource utilization;

确保合理的产能计划，以***限度地满足客户的满意度和资源利用率；

1.8 Ensure high materials inventory accuracy via regular cycle counts or physical inventory count;

通过定期循环盘点或实物盘点确保高价值物料的库存精准；

1.9 Drive to maintain lowest possible inventory plant wide to maximize on Inventory Turns;

尽可能保持最低库存，以***限度地利用库存周转；

1.10 Critical focus areas;

1.10.1 The Operation’s customers consistently rank Materials management services as best in class and improving. Potential customers rate rank our quotes as world-class and benchmark our materials and supply chain services as best in class；

1.10.2 The following operational metrics objectives are meet or exceeded and are continually improving；

1.10.3 Staffing is balanced across all areas to optimize total operational performance within the department. Staffing is based on cost of performance and maximizing the performance and profit opportunities. Each workcell has a materials owner who optimizes materials performance；

二、任职要求：

1.1 Between 5-7 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing Industry related to Purchasing, Planning, Materials Management and experience in managing department(s) responsible for some or all aspects of material control functions;

有5-7年的在电子制造行业与采购，计划，物料管理有关的经验和管理负责部分或所有物料控制职能部门（s）相关的经验；

1.2 One or a combination of: a bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Materials Management or an equivalent preferred), Masters of Business Administration, a certification by related professional organizations such as APICS or Equivalent；

1.3 Extremely strong skills in the following areas:communication,leadership,business analysis, process system development, administration and change management；

1.4 Able to represent Materials Department for the Operation, customers and supply base in terms of providing high-quality responses to supply chain and materials related issues；
