Marketing Specialist

The marketing Specialist is responsible for daily system data maintenance timely as 1st priority, running system reports regularly for suppliers and internal teams as requested, and collecting or consolidating data or info from internal teams, who is also encouraged to collect market information to help the Company to grow business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Well knowing Robinet and suppliers design registration system and program rules and requirements.
• Help Sales and FAE teams to track the design registration approval progress, update the status in Robinet system timely.
• Collect sales forecast or updates and validate the data to make reports with min mistakes, encouraged to analyze the data trend.
• Quick actions on assigned jobs with efficient ways to execute and return on schedule.
• Good patience and being stability to complete daily works.
• Well understand the duty and responsibility of own jobs and teams' functions.

What We Are Looking For

• A 4-year degree and 1–2 years of experience, better has an accounting workin experience.
• Be familiar with Microsoft offices software, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc. Good at Excel’s common formulars, charts design and pivot table functions.
• Self-driven ability to accomplish a bit complexity tasks assigned.
• Fluent English reading and writing.
• Mandarin is mandatory.
