Purchasing Assistance – 采购助理

  

Report to: Purchasing Manager

  

Location: Shanghai, China

  

  

工作职责：

  

1.供应商采购合同整理， 合同的续签

  

2.新产品询价报价，制作标价单

  

3.项目点的到货追踪

  

4.库存产品竞标补货

  

5.投诉产品的追踪处理

  

6.完成采购部内部的其他相关工作

  

  

要求：

  

优秀应届生，或1~2年食品、快消、餐饮相关行业工作经验

  

大专以上学历，财会专业或相关学历优先

  

细心，工作认真负责

  

熟练使用办公软件

  

能按时，准确完成采购经理布置的相关任务

  

英语口语良好

  

  

  

Overall Purpose of the Role

• To provide an efficient and effective support service in respect of all purchasing administration. Give excellent service at all times to relevant internal and external stakeholders help desk and metro accounts.
• Support and coordinate related purchasing routines and projects to ensure the team are working smoothly and able to deliver results in timely manner.

      

  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  

· Support daily operation with department of purchasing, supply chain and service on related tasks.

  

· Ensures the safe and ethical sourcing of great products and services

  

· Help Desk response in time and management service level with monthly report.

  

· Support Commercial Analyst to collect data and coordinate among regions.

  

· File and track contract and purchase requests.

  

· File and track purchase team expenses.

  

· Communicate and interact with department contact window and assistant for related task and routine.

  

· Support Market leading product and service innovation that differentiates us in our chosen markets. Monitor and communicate market trends to key stakeholders

  

  

QUALIFICATIONS:

  

● University graduate, major in logistic or finance is preferred

  

● Previous experience in administrative roles.

  

● Previous experience in a large company with a diverse customer base and wide service offering.

  

● Ambitious high performer with excess enthusiasm , energy and resilience.

  

● Clear communication skill and performance and influencer skill to work with colleagues.

  

● Willingness to learn and pressure taking to ensure task done in time.

  

● Teamwork player - works in partnership with others to achieve individual and team objectives.

  

● Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  

● Integrity and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

  

● High standard of literacy skills.

  

● Proven track record in planning, organisation and time management.
