Duties and responsabilities :

·         Review and analyze input from design consultants.

·         Ability to organize and streamline internal design review packages.

·         Responsible for producing architectural working drawings including all details for architectural and interior projects.

·         Maintain / organize project files, schedules and specifications

·         Proficient time management to facilitate working on multiple projects simultaneously.

·         Experience and interest in traditional and modern detailing, including floor plans, elevations, sections, MEP and FF&E.

·         Responsible for producing architectural working drawings including all details for architectural and interior projects.

·         Site visits and assisting in construction supervision.

·         Site survey / measures of existing conditions and producing drawings of same, including working with architects, builders and landscape architects, measuring and producing as-built documents.

·         Proficient in CAD softwares ; AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, MS office, experience in BIM is a plus.

Minimum requirements

·         Bsc Degree in architecture

·         Have a good knowledge of the various project scopes including but not limited to CSA, Interior design, detailed and construction details, material specifications and BoQ.

·         Strong technical and practical CAD skills with an understanding of relevant PRC regulations. architectural conventions, including floor plans, elevations, sections, RCP, electrical and millwork.

·         At least 7 years of experience in commercial projects, F&B experience is desirable.

·         Bilingual, Chinese English

Puy du Fou Hangzhou was established in 2017, which is the branch office of the second largest theme park of France, Puy du Fou. Puy du Fou Hangzhou aims to create Chinese/Asian style theme parks in China and Asia.
