Job Description

Job Summary:？ Warehouse operation management

Report to: LOG Section Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Take full responsibility on warehouse management, include operation process, materials flow, information flow, physical stock management ？

2. Lead the warehouse team to achieve defined warehouse KPI targets. Especially operation safety, On-time delivery, outbound quality (zero customer complaint)

3. Improve process efficiency and eliminate waste, promote suggestion system and continouse improvement

4. Solve problems in a systematic way, improve the warehouse management maturity and cost reduction year on year

5. Take care of people, regular communication with people, motivate people

6. Develop the people competency and boost better performance

7. Improve shopfloor leadership and develop organizational maturity

Improve warehouse associate saitisfaction

Qualifications

Qualification Requirements (Skills /Experience/ Education/Behavior)

1. Education: Bachelor degree or above; Major: Logistics, Supply chain management, Industrual engineering？
2. Working Experience:

• above 5 years working experience
• above 3 years warehouse management experiance
• Project leadership experience
• Experience in automotive industry is preferred;

3. Knowledge/Skills:

• ERP system knowledge e.g. SAP
• MS office (Excel, PPT, Word, Project…)
• MTM methodology
• Flow oriented layout
• Lean logistics / production knowhow
• Project management skills
• Good communication skills
• Good people leadership skills
• Fluently English skill
