工作职责

 

1、审核各类原始单据，与财务及采购团队沟通协调；

2、跟踪项目回款，保持和财务团队及的月度对账，并对相关收款与财务团队及客服沟通申请开票；

3、负责检查、核实库存材料及工具，做好台账，月末与仓管员核对仓库账，做到账实相符；

4、负责项目固定资产的财务管理，和财务团队沟通进行定期或不定期地清产核资工作；

5、和项目团队紧密协调，做好项目的周、月付款预测；

6、完成上级分配的其他工作。

 

岗位要求

 

1. 会计类、财务管理相关专业，2年以上企业会计工作经验，本科学历优先；

2. 具有全面的财务专业知识、账务处理及财务管理经验；

3. 具备一定的财务分析及统计能力，能够从相关数据中发现和解决问题；

4. 熟悉国家各项相关财务、税务、审计等法规政策；

5. 熟练使用财务应用软件及office办公软件；

6. 工作细致、责任感强、良好的沟通能力，具有团队精神，为人正直。
