职位描述
- 落实公司营销策略，达成年度销售目标。
- 根据公司的经销商政策，开发经销商客户。
- 引导客户，准确分析客户需求引导并进行销售。
- 高效完成销售指标，从而实现团队销售目标。
- 完成上级领导交代的其他事务。
岗位要求：
1. 大专学历，三年以上相关经验，拥有食品（食用油）市场销售渠道和客户等资源优先考虑;
2. 熟悉并了解食品销售渠道运作流程和销售模式；
3. 热爱销售工作，具备优秀的商务谈判能力和营销能力，有执行力，能吃苦耐劳，责任心强，抗压性好，具备团队合作精神 ；
4. 以客户为中心、良好的客户服务意识，具备较强的人际沟通能力，分析问题及解决问题能力强；
5. 具备良好的学习和适应能力，逻辑推理能力和数据分析能力，整合内外部资源促成销售业绩。
