• Strategic planning and execution on annual CRM strategy and CRM program, to successfully enhance consumer loyalty and retention rate, as well as to improve prospect acquisition.
• Initiate targeted CRM programs to address important business questions and needs.
• Work with commercial team together in the yearly planning of CRM program.
• Database management to provide in depth and business-oriented analysis, and also to facilitate internal team sharing and learning.
• Provide weekly/monthly tracking and analysis on customer database and develop action plan to maximize business opportunities.
• Maintain customer data capture rate at high level, keep improving the active rate, recruitment rate and repurchase rate.
• Manage and monitor performance of CRM agencies.
• CRM system build up and utilization
• Work with agency together to maintain and develop CRM Omni-channel system
• Utilize online platform such as 小程序 or other gadget to enhance consumer CRM experience and achieve related CRM KPI.
• Lead one to one communication with retail team via selected tools, such as Wework (企业微信) on VIP communication, including but not limited to brand content, membership information. Set accurate CRM KPI and result tracking & analysis.
• Responsible for regular CRM KPI analysis and activities’ performance.
• Conduct individual CRM activities with store, to recruit potential customers, and build up consumer experience engagement both on line and off line
• Launch yearly CRM training including system application / customer interests and rights / SOP / data entry, etc.

• More than 5 years working experience with international fashion brand. Agency background is preferred

2006年我们的旗舰店在离卢森堡公园咫尺之遥的私人城府落成，占地约一千平方公尺，同时象征朋博湾的生活美学。 托侬大街的法式花园为之后每一季发布会提供了一个充满魔幻色彩的舞台。 同年，朋博湾进军亚洲，并在上海、东京和名古屋开设店铺。

2007年朋博湾加入法国奢侈品牌集团EPI。本着文化之美的尊重，EPI 总 裁Christopher Descours 明确表明了他对品牌未来发展的意向：充分开发朋博湾的品牌潜力，尤其是国外市场的开拓。
每一季制作精良美轮美奂的服装，皆由品牌艺术总监 Christine Innamorato 亲自操刀，率领巴黎工作室的资深工匠们倾力打造，每件衣裳都被当做艺术品对待，以一丝不苟的敬业态度演绎出极致的美丽和奢华品质。Christine发挥自身出众的才学将色彩，想象力与诗意融为一体，设计出充满诙谐与梦幻意境的各季系列，将直觉、热情和想象力倾注于童话世界之中。
