岗位要求：

1、生物工程，生物化学，分子生物学，微生物学或其他相关专业的硕士学位或博士学位（或具有5年以上工作经验的学士学位）。

2、熟悉使用蛋白质结构建模，熟悉结构生物学软件，如PyMol等。

3、熟悉酶的相关知识，深入了解酶活性参数（如Km和kcat）等。

4、具有定向进化/酶工程学经验。

5、具有丰富的可视化大数据设计的经验（***使用脚本）。

6、具有良好的沟通能力，工作认真，有较强的工作责任感和团队合作精神。

7、英语口语和写作熟练。

Job Responsibilities：

1. Design and order rational enzyme libraries such as saturation mutagenesis.
2. Generate random mutant libraries using ep-PCR, chemical mutagenesis, UV, and related methods.
3. Work with robotic colony picker (Hudson RapidPick Lite) for large libraries.
4. Screen libraries using high throughput analytical methods (such as RapidFire or UV)
5. Analyze and plot large amounts of data to identify potential beneficial mutations and corresponding effect on cell physiology
6. Confirm improved enzyme variants using carefully design experiments and accurate analytics (LC or GC)
7. Design combinatorial libraries using the beneficial mutations characterized in previous rounds.
8. Help develop automation methods on Biomek liquid handler to facilitate enzyme engineering

Qualifications：

1. Master’s or PhD degree (or Bachelors with 5+ years of industrial experience) in bioengineering, biochemistry, molecular biology, microbiology or other related majors.
2. Ability to use protein structure modeling and visualization tools (PyMol) is recommended
3. Deep understanding of enzyme activity parameters (such as Km and kcat)
4. Experience with directed evolution/enzyme engineering is required.
5. Experience with visualizing large amounts of data (using scripting is preferred)
6. Have good communication skills, work conscientiously, have a strong sense of work responsibility and teamwork spirit.
7. Comfortable with speaking and writing in English.
