1、负责原料、半成品、成品的微生物检测及各项理化检测，并做好相关记录，清晰可查；

2、负责车间、实验室的人员、设备、环境的卫生检测，做好相关记录，发现异常及时上报；

5、负责检验仪器设备的操作、维护、保养及校准；

6、做好相关检验结果的记录、报告、整理及审核；

7、协助参与原辅料检验和内毒素的相关检验；

8、积极配合相关部门及领导的工作；

9、完成上级交办的其他任务。
