Job Title: Logistics Specialist (Raw Material Warehouse)

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist. In this role, performs the routine logistics operation works and supports the RM (Raw Material) warehouse management in Abcam Hangzhou. This position will report to head of logistics in China directly.

Roles & Responsibilities

  

  

• Receive incoming raw material (reagent, chemical, consumable and instrument) shipments from vendors, process GR in system and put products into specified storage location accurately (walk-in-freezers, refrigerators and racks).

  接收原材料供应商的产品（试剂、化学品、耗材以及设备），包含在系统中处理收货操作，以及准确地将产品放到指定的物理库位进行上架（冰箱、冷库以及货架）。

• Take the responsibility for the inventory control, follow inventory counting plan, check the physical product against inventory list weekly.

  负责产品的库存管理，执行库存盘点计划，每周参照盘点清单对实际货架内的产品进行盘点与核对。

• Follow the FIFO principle to manage goods in/out and record in system.

  遵循先进先出原则管理产品的进出，并在系统内进行登记。

• According to production plan or other department's material requisition, prepare the shipment on time.

  根据生产计划或其他部门的物料申请，按时准备货物。

• Follow QC instruction and quality documents of warehouse management with receiving, storage and shipping. Also assist QA team to improve the SOP and WI of daily operation.

  遵循质量管控的指导以及质量文件进行所有仓库管理的操作，包含：收货、存储以及出货。同时帮助质量团队不断完善日常操作的SOP和WI文件。

• Stock adjustment and zone management for materials. (Including: expired date control, discard, quarantine and defective goods control)

  物流的库存管理以及分区管理，包含：效期管理、报废处置、隔离处理以及次品管控。

• Support EHS, QA and financial team to do risk control to ensure all operations are compliance.

  协助EHS、质量和财务团队做好风险管控确保所有操作合规。

                            

  

About you

  

  

• Must have 3+ years of experience in manufacture or laboratory logistics with life science company or cold chain product company.

  必须有3年以上在生命科学或冷链产品工作的生产或实验室物流的相关工作经验。

• Bachelor in Logistics, Chemistry, Biotechnology or Supply Chain Management subject is a plus.

  物流、化学、生物技术或供应链管理学历优先。

• Basic knowledge of ISO 13485 and quality system

  了解ISO 13485和质量体系。

• Basic communication skills in English reading and writing, good interpersonal and communication skills.

  能使用英文进行基本的读写，良好的人际关系和沟通技巧。

• Must be well organized, team player with positive attitude.

  具有团队精神和积极的态度以及较强的执行力。

• Accept brief working in cold stores during picking and receiving.

  能接受在短时间在冷库中进行收货上架与出库分拣作业。
