Essential job responsibilities:

• Execute marketing communication strategy and the year-round action plan of each product line in close collaboration with product management and in coordination with the segment marketing to achieve the common business goals
• Organize and implement offline marketing events such as academic meeting, exhibition and seminar etc., including both self-organized event and 3rd party event. Execute all process of online marketing events.
• Liaise with external vendors and agencies to ensure to meet the requirements and budget.
• Realize the delivery of each event within budget and schedule as well as with good quality
• Improve the efficiency of event management procedure by leveraging the knowledge and experience of process control, resources allocation, documentation
• Effectively review and evaluate each event conducted to understand the issue of event management and areas to improve
• Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to CC Dental Legal and Compliance Standard

Education and Experience (in years):

• Bachelor degree and at least 2 years marcom experience
• Preference for dental background

Knowledge and skills:

• Team worker, with good communication and coordination skill
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English
• Good command of MS office software application
• Work independently under high pressure
