主要工作任务：

1、负责管辖范围内人员的人力资源政策、制度与重点项目在管辖范围内的落地与实施；

2.员工考勤、请销假、社保、公积金、工伤、生育、雇主责任险数据监督核对工作；

3.新员工入职办理、监督劳动合同、保密协议、竞业禁止协议的签订情况，监督劳动合同的续订情况；

4.监督员工档案、外包档案和花名册的完整性、更新及时性等工作；

5.负责员工绩效考核跟踪、汇总。

6、负责人员招聘，及人员融入和整合的工作；

7、实施日常员工沟通：如新进面谈、关心工程、文化辅导、离职面谈等。
