HR Coordinator   

The mission of the role is to foster talent development in Gucci China through coordinating Learning

& Development programs and Talent Projects implementation in HR Talent Project Function.

Reporting Line: Senior Talent Project Manager

    

Job Description

    

Key Accountabilities:

1. Reinforce company culture and values through training, development and other talent related activities;
2. Assist with Senior Talent Project Manager to plan and develop annual corporate learning calendar, search vendors and finalize training courses;
3. Communicate with business functions to understand their training needs and feedback;
4. Support talent projects launch in China;
5. Facilitate training workshops onsite;
6. Conduct analysis of training course quality and prepare reports to follow up;
7. Recruit talents and carry out other ad hoc projects when needed.

                                

    

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. Strong passion for fashion industry and willing to challenge himself/herself;
3. High level of responsibility and respect of timeline;
4. Creative and innovative, eager to jump out of the box and enjoy the process of making something new;
5. Strong partnering skills and ability to build effective relationships with diverse partners;
6. Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication in both Chinese and English;
7. Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office skills;
8. Determined, resilient and driving;
9. Hands on and fast learner;
10. 1-2 years’experience in L&D or Talent Management will be a plus.
