1.及时响应客户需求，为海外工地提供安装，调试，排故技术支持

2.根据需要，为海外客户安装工艺提供支持，澄清，指导

3.针对技术问题，提供专业的诊断报告，根据需要升级寻求公司层面解决方案

4.适时为工地人员提供技能评估和必要的工地技术培训

5.主导海外工地发生的工地事件及重大影响问题的工地调查

6.及时传递技术信息，确保工地及时获得足够准确的技术信息和确认

岗位要求：

1.本科，工程类电气与机械专业

2.具有丰富电/扶梯电气机械整体知识

3.3年以上工地现场或产品开发经验，熟悉工地工作环境

4.有较强的交流沟通能力和客户服务意识

5.英语听说熟练
