- Be in charge of payment process of Shanghai HQ and other branches cross China via e-banking

- Bank reconciliation for 7 legal entities during month and process to supporting month end closing

- Cash flow statement and cash forecast preparation

- Bank account management of all China legal entities, including change of authority signature; open and close bank account etc.

- Coordinate with external auditors to get bank confirmation for statutory audit

- Support AR accountant in voucher filing

- Assist VAT invoice according to the request

- Ad hoc task as required

 

Experience and skills:

- Finance/accounting related experience in a multinational company is a plus

- Working hard& careful& patient &responsible person

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Fresh graduator is also welcome

- Support AR accountant in voucher filing

- Good command of English reading and writing
