岗位职责：

1、 大客户服务管家，实时回复大客户线上（以微信、微信群为主）咨询、投诉，并进行问题转接处理跟进

2、 负责对大客户服务项目的跟进和关爱行为执行

3、 通过用户评价反馈和日常沟通，收集和分析顾客不满意问题，进行基础数据总结，协同会员营销进行提升优化

4、监督和推进顾客售后问题的解决，以客户满意度为目标导向进行工作执行

岗位要求：

1、 大专及以上学历

2、 两年线上客服经验，同行业经验优先

3、 工作认真细心，有责任感，热心且主动服务意识强

4、 沟通能力，具备较强的抗压能力
