岗位职责：

1、组织各小组日常检验工作，检查仪器的使用情况，监督检验结果，确保检验数据公正准确

2、组织过期原材料或产成品的复检工作和有关原材料或产成品质量争议的检验、处理

3、开展LSS和MSA工作，以提高检验效率和检测质量

4、协调供应部，与供货商沟通原材料质量情况，与生产部沟通产成品质量情况

5、参与产品标准化工作，为产品标准的完善提出合理化建议并完成相关的验证试验工作

任职要求：

1、本科学历，化工相关专业

2、从事2年以上化工行业检验主管工作、化工行业工艺管理或仓储管理经验优先

3、有较强的领导力、有良好的组织、沟通和协调能力

4、有较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力和执行力
