工作职责:

做五休二 周中双休 一周工作时间不超过40小时

1.参与3-12岁幼少儿英语班级的教学，并起到校区教学典范作用

2.负责校区教师的管理、培训、服务工作，把控校区总体教学服务质量

3.负责校区班主任团队的管理，带领班主任团队完成续费任务和转介绍指标

4.排课排班工作，提高教师和教室的合理化配置

5.协助售前市场销售部门，***程度转化新签学生

6.配合校长、总部交办的其他事宜

Responsibilities:

This role is the general manager who in charge of service and teaching part in the school. You need to ensure the whole high academic and service quality. You will support the center manager to improve customer satisfaction and promote students’ renew.

1.As the service and education manager, you will take part in the teaching of English classes for 3-12 years old kids, and be the teaching model in the school.

2.Responsible for the teachers team , do training and service of teachers in the school, and control the overall teaching service quality

3.Lead the study advisers team to deliver good service , so as to hit the renew and referral targets.

4.Arrange classes to improve the reasonable al"location" of teachers and classrooms

5.Assist the sales and Marketing Department ,provide potential students with a good leading experience

6.Cooperate with center manger and the headquarters

任职资格:

1.正规院校本科以上学历，英语或教育专业优先

2.英语专业四级或六级以上水平

3.教学经验2年以上，有高端少儿培训机构教务教学管理经验者优先考虑

4.热爱少儿英语教育事业，有大局观，责任心强，有一定销售意识

5.具有良好的应变、组织、协调和沟通能力，有较强的执行力和团队管理能力

Requirements:

1.Must have Bachelor degree or above, major in English or kids education is preferred

2.TEM4/CET6 and above

3.Have more than 2years teaching experience for kids, Experience of management in well-known training centers is preferred

4.love children's English education career, have an overall view, strong sense of responsibility and a certain sales awareness
