1、独立完成招聘工作，选择并维护招聘渠道，并拓展新的招聘渠道，根据收到的简历甄别符合公司要求的面试者进行邀约面试； 

2、负责员工关系相关工作，包括入离职手续办理、合同签订等； 

3、考勤、薪资绩效等管理核算； 

4、及时了解国家或当地最新社保、劳动法政策，宣导或调整公司相关政策，社保的增减操作； 

5、行政方面工作以及领导交代的其他工作。 

任职资格： 1、大专及以上学历，人力资源，工商管理，行政管理等相关专业优先；

 2、2年以上企业人事行政相关工作经验，至少1年以上招聘方面经验，熟悉劳动法及相关政策法规； 

3、亲和力强，思维敏捷，应变能力强，较强的沟通表达，组织协调能力，团队意识高；

 4、熟练运用Word、Excel、PPT等办公软件及具备电脑操作能力。
