（短期合同）

职责描述：

 1.       负责起草、修订和审核公司各类合同或法律性文件；

2.       负责为公司经营中的各类法律问题提供建议；

3.       参与公司收购、兼并等对外投资活动，提供专业法律意见；

4.       负责并参与员工劳动问题有关的法律咨询；

5.       负责各类与公司相关的诉讼、非诉讼案件管理处理；

6.       负责协调及管控公司外部律师事务所、商标代理及其他代理机构的服务；

7.       完成公司领导交代的其他有关公司法务方面的事务。

 

候选人要求：

1.       法律相关专业全日制本科及以上学历；

2.       至少两年以上律所或公司企业法务工作经历；

3.       较好的沟通协调能力和书面表达能力；

4.       扎实的公司法律知识，包括公司法、合同法、知识产权、广告法、诉讼等相关企业法律事务；

5.       良好的逻辑思维及解决问题的能力；

6.       具备中、英文的听说读写能力；

7.       具备法律资格证书或律师执照者优先。
