Main Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a visionary, strategic approach that connects and inspires the school community to collectively achieve educational excellence;
- Design or optimize the school organization to support the strategic goals;
- Promote a school culture that is dynamic, engaging, inclusive, collaborative and outward looking; in which each member is valued and has a clear commitment to the goals and strategic directions of the school;
- Be accountable for the quality of teaching and support staff, leading a successful team of staff that models high performance and optimizes the school’s strengths and opportunities;
5. Ensure the provision of professional development for primary school, middle school and senior middle school to ensure high quality learning and teaching, especially for English learning. Fostering channels of communication and support within the school community, to create a positive and inclusive school environment;
6. Be responsible for reporting the management plan and teaching objectives of the campus as well as the operation of the campus to the Group.
7. Support the students recruitment
Basic Qualification:
- Bachelor degree or above;
- More than 15 years working experience, Head of school/Superintendent/Director experience in international schools of at least 2 years;
- Has passion for education industry;
- Demonstrated commitment to a multi-year tenure of service;
- Organizational management skills, including overseeing multiple facilities and locations;
- Internationally minded and culturally sensitive, with a commitment to developing minds; Be familiar with Chinese culture and West culture;
