JOB DESCRIPTION 职位描述

1.Define the vision and strategy of product based on market research, system data analytics, and feedback from internal & external stakeholders.

2.Set incremental improvements and iterative product development roadmap by detailed specs in line with product vision.

3.Take ownership and manage the entire product life cycle. Tracking closely on assigned products and solving the problems as they pop up. Managing the product scope properly to ensure getting product out on time.

4.Track on performance of launched products by system data analytics. Keep communicating with the users and seek for continuous iteration of product.

5.Serve as a customer advocate for internal product development teams

JOB REQUIREMENT 岗位要求

1.Must have proven 3+ years of product experience in retail and/or payment industry.

2.Must have good understanding of terms such as 8583 & XML msg protocol. Other knowledge of HTTP, SSL, TCP/IP, Web Servers, MySQL, Big Data etc will be preferred.

3.Academic background in technology, design, finance, business or engineering.

4.Experienced in Agile Development managing process.

5.Be familiar with concepts such as test and learn, data driven development and minimum viable product.

6.Proven ability to run SQL and use Google Analytics is a plus. And a background in Statistical Modeling is a huge advantage.
