1、大专以上学历，专业不限，有良好的职业操守；
2、五年以上自动化/数控机床/机械相关行业背景，工业互联网领域优先；
3、逻辑性强、有较强的沟通表达和社交能力；
4、具备极强的市场开拓与丰富的销售谈判技能， 有敏锐的市场洞察能力，具备优秀的领导能力和独立开拓市场的能力；
6、具备较强的时间管理能力和工作管理能力，学习能力强；
7、有稳固的行业客户关系或资源，熟悉行业体系架构，能够深刻理解客户需求和行业市场格局，能够根据行业客户核心诉求提出高层建议的经验和能力；
8、 具有强烈的奋斗精神，精力充沛，乐观豁达，富有开拓精神；
9、身体健康，适应长期出差。
