职责Responsibilities:

1.负责医院筹建期和运营后的医疗、护理、医院感染、医技等方面质量管理的监督和考评工作。

Responsible for the supervision and evaluation of quality management in medical, nursing, infection control, ancillary and etc in commissioning and future operation of the hospital.

2.结合本院各科专业特点和医疗工作实际情况和具体条件，制订全院临床、护理、医技医疗质量控制方案，主要内容包括：医疗质量管理方针、目标、计划、措施、效果、评价及信息反馈。

Considering the feature of hospital's specialty & operation condition to establish the hospital clinical, nursing and ancillary medical quality control plan. Mainly includes medical quality management policies, objectives, plans, measures, effects, evaluations and feedback.

3.配合相关职能部门对全院医务人员进行质量管理教育，提高质量意识，树立“质量***”观点。指导和检查科室质量控制小组工作。

Coordinate with relevant functional departments to educate the hospital medical staff quality management, improve quality awareness and establish a "quality priority 1". Guide and check the department quality control team.

4.医院运营后，对各科医疗文件的书写和医疗环节进行检查?（病历、处方、申请单、报告单等文书），对检查中发现的问题及时提出整改意见，并向有关部门反馈。??

After the operation of the hospital, review specialty documents and process (medical records, prescriptions, application form, reports and other documents), collects issues & gives improvement recommendation, and feedback to relevant departments.

5.做好质量管理书面材料记录及汇总，定期向医院医疗质量管理委员会汇报工作。

Record and summarize quality management documents, and report to the hospital medical quality management committee regularly.

经验要求Experience:

1.在三级以上医院或高端私立医院从事质量控制、感染控制、护理质控等相关工作5年以上；

Minimum 5 years working experience in medical & nursing quality control, infection control, and related work in a level 3 hospital or a high-end international hospital;

2.熟悉医疗质量管理、感染控制等相关卫生政策法规，具有较强的医疗风险识别能力；

Familiar with medical quality management, infection control and related compliance & regulation. Ability to identify clinical risks.

3.熟悉各种医疗业务流程和技术标准，并对可能发生的风险具有良好的管理能力；

Familiar with healthcare business processes and technique requirement, capable of managing possible risks;

4.熟悉JCI标准下质量控制体系的建设；

Familiar with JCI standard for quality control

5.具有较强的沟通协调能力和执行力；

Excellent communication and execution skills

6.具有良好的敬业精神和职业操守。

Good professionalism and professional ethics.

学历要求Education:

全日制大学本科以上学历，医学或卫生管理相关专业；

Full-time Bachelor degree or above in medical or hospital management related field.
