4、与合格简历候选人电话沟通，介绍公司、岗位信息，吸引候选人的同时判定候选人信息的真实性、岗位的匹配性；

5、对候选人做出整体评价并制作制式简历，反馈至人事经理；

6、协助人事经理进行人选推进，配合统计招聘流程数据整理，进行招聘总结

岗位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，2021年应届生

2、管理类专业，人力资源管理、工商管理、劳动社会保障专业优先考虑；生命科学等专业择优录取；

3、普通话标准；理解能力强，能快速掌握医药行业知识，认知不同岗位工作内容；

4、性格开朗活泼，沟通表达顺畅，能够通过语言拉近与人的距离并取得信任；

5、积极主动，做事认真并富有热情，有较强的抗压能力；
