Responsibilities:

1. Participate in manufacturing for plasmid and viral vector, including bacteria/ mammalian cell cultivation and scale up in fermenter/bioreator, clarification, purification, filtration and filling, and related buffer/medium preparation and manufacturing support;

2. Participate in validation activity related to manufacturing equipment and process;

3. Draft and/or modify SOP, batch record, etc, as per GMP standard;

4. Involve deviation investigation, and perform CAPA plan;

5. Ensure that all relevant information within your scope of responsibility is accurately recorded and tracked, report any event that does not meet preset standards;

6. Identify risks generated within your scope, report all risks and incidents to line manager;

7. Promote a culture in line with company values & behavior;

8. Ensure good EHS habits are in place;

9. Other job assigned by line manager.

Requirement:

Education: A Bachelor’s degree or above in Biology, Pharmacy, or other related scientific disciplines.

Experience:

1. At least 2 years of relevant experience in the Bio-pharmaceutical industry;

2. Good knowledge of operating experience of biologics;

3. Manufacturing experience in plasmid and viral vectors is a plus;

4. Understand production-related equipment operations, for example: fermentor/bioreactor, ultrafiltration system, chromatography system, isolator, etc.

Skillsets:

1. Results-oriented with ability to work and deliver under pressure;

2. Have the ability to continue learning, have a good teamwork spirit, and strong execution.

Language:

1. Good communication skills;

2. Good reading and writing English skills is a plus.
