major tasks:

1. Managing and coordinating the introduction into China of new international products &

brands via Free Trade Zone import routes, including defining scope with commercial

teams, managing overall project timelines, leading cross functional team and ensuring on

time launch and smooth project execution.

2. Cooperating with key E-commerce distributors to enhance supply chain performance,

including identifying collaborative process optimization opportunities, managing joint

demand planning process, implementing key initiatives to support mega E-commerce

promotion events.

The scope of key responsibilities includes:

? Defining and aligning scope with commercial teams and key stakeholders.

? Overall management of project related activities to ensure that projects are delivered on-

time and achieves the Final Project Objectives (FPOs).

? Coordinating cross-functional team members to achieve the project FPO

? Establishing detailed projects timeline.

? Assign, define schedules and track cross-functional tasks/activities to ensure that project

progress within expected timings. In charge of meeting minutes and follow up action record.

? Identify, monitor, communicate and resolve issues and other FPO hurdles that may arise

during the project execution.

? Manage risk analysis & mitigation planning for projects as well as responsible to escalate

risk to upper management and EC director on time.

? Prepare and present project reports as required.

? Complete the other ad-hoc tasks as allocated by E-commerce director.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

? 1-3 years supply chain project management experience in FMCG field.

? Supply chain planning knowledge or experience. 

? Independent Project Management experience. PMP certification can be a plus as well as

Background and knowledge in introduction of new product to market (especially with

specific experience in dealing with Free Trade Zone model)

? Able to travel 25% - 40%. 

? Workable English verbal and written skill

? Problem-solving and analyzation skills
