Responsibilities
The successful candidate will join our data science team in Asia Pacific Center of Excellence (AP-CoE) in Translational Science, Janssen Research & Development (Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson and Johnson) and work with senior data scientists to support translational studies conducted locally or globally in the disease areas of neuroscience/infectious diseases/immunology/CVM/oncology. He/she will be involved in the analysis of genetics, transcriptomics, proteomics, RWE, and other biomarkers/PK data across preclinical studies and clinical trials. With the guidance and help from the supervisor, he/she will acquire, integrate, and mine both publically available and internally generated data, extract biological insight for the multidisciplinary teams and help understand underlying molecular mechanisms of the diseases, identify/validate new target, and develop internal biological applications. He/she should be self-motivated and excited about the opportunity to work in a multifaceted analysis group and to practice bioinformatics insights/capabilities/skills in bridging preclinical research and clinical development in an MNC pharmaceutical company.

要求：
? Has an M.S degree in Computer Science, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with 2+ years of biological or biomedical research experience in universities/industrial labs; experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be preferred.
? Hands-on experience in the analysis of high-dimensional biological data, such as WGS/WES, RNA-Seq, scRNA-Seq, ChIP-Seq, ATAC-Seq, microarray, Mass-spec, etc.
? Ability to independently search and understand project-related literature, experience in public data internalizing
? Good knowledge and proven experience of developing and/or maintaining bioinformatics pipelines, databases, websites.
? Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Perl, Python, R, Shell, or C++, etc. Comforta
