title： Health Care Compliance

SUMMARY:

Assist to implement Health Care Compliance (HCC) program locally under supervision of the Health Care Compliance Associate Director, Ethicon China to ensure business practices and activities are in compliance with related J&J internal guidelines, local laws and regulations and anti corruption laws including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Assist business partner to execute compliance program, for local management and coach towards all covered employees, to assure that the company culture of compliance is a natural element in day to day business.

PROFILE:

? Position reports into the Health Care Compliance Associate Director, Ethicon China

? Requires strong communication, organisational and analytical skills

? Ability to take complex business situations and develop solutions to ensure compliant growth is achieved

? Background may include Compliance, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory or Auditing.

? Proven track record in delivering results, self starter and ability to manage complexity a must

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

? The HCC Specialist will assist to effectively prevents and/or detects violations of law, regulations, policies, or the Code of Conduct in respective partnering franchises and/or departments:

? Ensure business activities with HCPs/government officials are planned in consistence with applicable HCC policies and procedures by assisting Business Partner to review and/or reviewing all those activities.

? Acting as a consultant, provide day-to-day guidance, advice to covered employees under supervision of line manager.

? Assist to develop compliance metrics and reporting analysis as required.

? Assist to prepare HCC training materials to fit into the needs and business context of covered franchise and/or department.

? Execute HCC policies and/or procedures in covered franchise and/or department by assisting to provide and/or provide necessary training and/or communication to covered employees, managing changes, and monitoring implementation.

? Assist to implement and follow up on the Management Action Plan, and help to guide the business to close gaps and implement corrective actions.

? Interface with legal/finance/procurement and all other supporting functions regarding HCC requirements and interpretation.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

? BA/BS, advanced degree or equivalent preferred

? Finance/legal degree preferred

? Minimum of 3 years experiences

? Knowledge of the FCPA and related anti-corruption regulations is a plus
